Hallo, probably, Weitzer János Tr. produced Europe's first successful self propelled railcar (motorvonat) with an internal combustion engine (belső égésű motor) and sold it to ACsEV and other Hungarian ralways. The motors came from french De Dion-Bouton Motor company, the electric equipment from Siemens-Schuckert. The first of these railcars were tested since 1903, regular production and use started in 1906. Of a total of 200 railcars, 40 were bought by ACsEV.

Lots of informations are missing in international sources, even the class code.

In the Hungarian article Aradi és Csanádi Egyesült Vasutak, I have only seen, that ACsEV bought 36 motors from De Dion-Bouton.
