The following costs are only valid for registration until 14 June 2023! (Still valid for an unspecified period.)
We ask for a standard contribution of 10 000 HUF (registration or contribution fee), which includes shared accommodation (in triple rooms for 2 nights), local transport, cultural programs and entrance fees, room hire for shared programs and other additional costs. It does not include the cost of travel to Debrecen and individual meals (one meal a day is part of the program).
The amount of the contribution fee varies according to individual needs:
- without accommodation: 5,000 HUF;
- double accommodation (for three days): 13,000 HUF;
- double accommodation (for one night): 11,500 HUF;
- single accommodation (for three days): 25,000 HUF;
- single accommodation (for one night): 17,500 HUF.
Everyone has to cover the cost of their own meals during the camp (although we try to organize a communal breakfast and a nearby restaurant offers a discounted menu).
In justified cases, the Wikimedia Hungary may subsidize the contribution fee on the basis of an individual request. Please indicate your request during registration!
Travel to (and from) Debrecen can be arranged individually or by mutual agreement. To cover these costs, Wikimedia Hungary offers travel grants on an individual basis. Please indicate your request during registration!
