A Steel Storm egy független videojáték a Kot-in-Action Creative Artel által fejlesztve. A szabad szoftverű DarkPlaces motorra épülő játék Linux, Mac OS X és Microsoft Windows platformokon, két részletben fog megjelenni. Az első rész (Episode One) egy teljesen ingyenes alkalmazás, amíg a második rész (Episode Two) már kereskedelmi forgalomba kerül.

Steel Storm has been under development since 2008,[2] with the first episode being released as a beta in September 2010.[3][4][5] It has so far had a fairly positive response,[6] and currently holds a rating of four out of five stars at The Linux Game Tome.[7]
