Zsolt Fehér is an international Human Resources expert who works in the areas of training, public speaking and big data HR management tool development. He is currently the managing director of the European Unit of Hogan Assessment Systems, a global personality assessment consultancy company. He also serves as a lecturer at the Corvinus University of Budapest since 2017 and a mentor at the Design Terminal, the largest incubator house for Hungarian startups since 2015. He is a senator of JCI (Junior Chamber International) and member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization). He was chairman of the HR Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce for nearly 5 years. He has been a practicing business coach since 2015.

Zsolt Fehér is the managing director of the European Unit of Hogan Assessment Systems, a company that provides personality assessment services that corporations can utilize for hiring and training purposes. Hogan Assessment Systems works with big industry titans like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Intel, McDonald’s or Walmart. He is in charge of the coordination of Hogan brand and product campaigns for the European market. He is promoting Hogan ideas and thought leadership at events meanwhile supporting local distributors and partners through sales referrals and direct sales support and with collaborative marketing campaigns specific to their markets.
