Összefoglaló

Stema comunei Cozmeni, potrivit anexei nr. 1.2, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular albastru cu marginile rotunjite.

În interiorul scutului se află o acvilă de argint, cu ciocul și ghearele de aur, cu aripile deschise și întoarsă spre dreapta, ținând între gheare o sabie de argint, cu mânerul și garda de aur, spre dreapta, culcată pe culmea în formă de șa a unui deal verde cu patru coline; acvila este flancată de un soare de aur, la dreapta și o semilună de argint, la stânga; în vârful scutului se află o bandă undată de argint.

Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate

Colinele verzi simbolizează zona muntoasă în care este așezată localitatea.

Culmea în formă de șa semnifică culmea Nyerges, unde s-au dus lupte în timpul Revoluției din 1848-1849.

Acvila ținând sabia amintește de monumentul eroilor din centrul localității.

Soarele și semiluna sunt vechi simboluri specifice zonei.

Banda undată reprezintă lacul Sfânta Ana.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
