Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Topleţ, potrivit anexei nr. 1.15, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat şi retezat.În prima partiţie, pe fond albastru, se află la dreapta o stâncă ce seamănă cu un profil uman privind spre stânga.Sunt plasate încă trei stânci de dimensiuni mai mici. Totul este de argint.În a doua partiţie, pe fond roşu, este aşezat rotorul unei turbine cu elice - roata cu făcaie, de aur.În a treia partiţie, pe fond verde, se află un apeduct de aur.Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Aglomerarea de stânci şi masivul cu profil de om reprezintă Sfinxul Bănăţean, important monument al naturii.Roata cu făcaie reprezintă o veche ocupaţie a locuitorilor, morăritul.Apeductul reprezintă o construcţie ce datează din vremea împărătesei Mariei Tereza.Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
