According to Polish Wikipedia, image was publishied in 1978 issue of Polish Morze magazine. According to Polish law, all images published before 1994 without clear copyright notice, are public doamin. This picture has no such notice, therefore it is PD Kneiphof 16:17, 23 December 2005 (UTC)

Opublikowane w Morzu nr. 8/78. Zdjęcie polskie opublikowane przed 23 maja 1994 bez zastrzeżenia prawa autorskiego, pod rządem ustawy z 10 lipca 1952 r. o prawie autorskim - należy domniemywać, że nie jest przedmiotem prawa autorskiego (public domain).
