English: Coat of arms of Gura Humorului, Suceava County, Romania.
Română: Stema orașului Gura Humorului, județul Suceava, România.
Descrierea stemei: Stema orașului Gura Humorului se compune dintr-un scut albastru cu un cerb de aur, alergând spre dreapta, sprijinindu-se cu picioarele din spate pe o câmpie verde. Scutul este timbrat cu o coroană murală de argint, formată din trei turnuri crenelate.
Semnificația elementelor însumate: Este vechea stemă; evocă fauna specifică. Coroana murală cu trei turnuri crenelate semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de oraș.

Also, according to Chapter 10 Article 85 Paragraph 2,

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Therefore this image is assumed to be in the public domain worldwide, although some of the above categories may be subject to usage restrictions within Romania.
