Also, according to Chapter 10 Article 85 Paragraph 2,

  • The photographs of letters, deeds, documents of any kind, technical drawings and other similar papers shall not benefit from the legal protection accorded to copyright.

Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Crăciunești se compune, conform anexei nr. 1.3, dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat și despicat în partea superioară. În partea dreapta, în câmp verde, se află o frunză de carpen de aur. În partea stânga, în câmp negru, se află un brăzdar de plug de argint. În vârful scutului, în câmp albastru, se află un potir ornamentat cu un arabesc, de argint, flancat la dreapta și la stânga de câte un spic de grâu de aur.

Scutul este timbrat cu o coroană murală de argint, cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate

Frunza de carpen pe fond verde reprezintă bogăția și specificul pădurilor comunei. Brăzdarul de plug pe fond negru simbolizează valorile arheologice ale zonei și pământul roditor. Potirul pe fond de azur reprezintă credința localnicilor și valorile de patrimoniu, iar grâul simbolizează agricultura locală. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
