English: Limestone jamb from the tomb of Djehutihotep, nomarch of the 15th district of Upper Egypt (Hare) under Amenemhat II, Senusret II and Senusret III (12th dynasty). The inscriptions are a list of Djehutihotep civic and religious titles of the owner; Djehutihotep himself is depicted in the bottom. The object has been vandalised in the Christian era (red crosses). From Deir el-Bersha; Schiaparelli bought the two jambs in 1891-92.

Italiano: Stipite in calcare dalla tomba di Djehutihotep, nomarca del XV distretto dell'Alto Egitto (Lepre) sotto Amenemhat II, Sesostri II e Sesostri III (XII dinastia). Le iscrizioni consistono in un elenco dei titoli civili e religiosi di Djehutihotep, che è raffigurato in fondo. Lo stipite venne vandalizzato in epoca cristiana (le croci rosse). Provenienza da Deir el-Bersha; Schiaparelli acquistò entrambi gli stipiti della tomba nel 1891-92.

The Central Institute for Cataloging and Documentation (ICCD), an institution of MIBAC, maintains a partial database of items in the national catalog online at catalogo.beniculturali.it. Reproductions of Italian works classified as "cultural goods" may only be displayed on the Italian Wikipedia using the appropriate copyright tag under its Exemption Doctrine Policy. This requires that they be locally uploaded, low resolution, and must have a rationale for their use. The full-resolution copies on Commons must not be used. |
