A hivatalos zászló az, amit mi is használunk: három színes sáv címer nélkül.

the official document defining the Flag of Carinthia is the "Kärntner Landessymbolegesetz", where the flag is defined in § 2: "Die Landesflagge besteht aus drei waagrechten, gleich breiten Streifen von Gelb-Rot-Weiß; der oberste Streifen ist der gelbe." (in English: The provincial flag consists of three horizontal stripes of equal width in yellow-red-white; the uppermost stripe is the yellow one). It is quite common also in other countries to put the coat of arms onto the flag. But in Carinthia this is not official according to the cited Law. ...
