Potrivit anexei nr. 1.4, stema comunei Grebenişu de Câmpie se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, despicat. În dreapta, în câmp albastru, se află o crenguţă cu 6 frunze verzi şi 5 flori de lămâiţă. În stânga, în câmp roşu, se află o flacără de aur umbrită cu roşu şi un cap de bovideu, de aur, văzut din faţă, ambele în pal. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate

Crenguţa de lămâiţă reprezintă arbustul Philadelphus coronarius, prezent în fiecare gospodărie a comunei. Flacăra reprezintă zăcămintele de gaze naturale ale zonei, iar capul de bovideu simbolizează una dintre ocupaţiile locuitorilor, zootehnia. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
