Русский: Флаг г. Вилючинска представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище голубого (синего) цвета с соотношением сторон 3 : 2, в центре флага расположен якорь, окружённый разомкнутым вверху лавровым венком, всё сопровождено внизу двумя обнажёнными морскими кортиками накрест; все фигуры золотые. Общая высота фигур составляет 2/3 от высоты полотнища.
English: The flag of Viljuchinsk city represents a rectangular panel of blue (dark blue) color with a parity of the parties 3 : 2, in the flag center the anchor surrounded with a laurel wreath opened above is located, all is accompanied below by two naked crossed sea daggers; all figures gold. The general height of figures makes 2/3 from panel height.
