A zsiráffélék (Giraffidae) a párosujjú patások (Artiodactyla) rendjének egy családja. 2 nem és 2 ma élő faj tartozik a családba.
A zsiráffélék hímjét a bika, nőstényét többnyire a tehén, kicsinyét pedig a borjú szóval jelöljük. A többi kérődzőhöz hasonlóan fogképletük:
